U.S. Tag Court announces new Draft U.S. Tag Court Rules

Today, the court released Titles I-V of draft U.S. Tag Court Rules, civil and criminal procedural rules based on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Federal Rules of Evidence. The titles comprise 28 rules on discovery, the parties, pleadings and motions, and more. The court announces the release of these Rules in order to solicit public comment on them.
